Things to keep in mind when getting mulch delivered

• Sometimes yards and trucks do not get along. We prefer to stay on a hard surface with our trucks but we will back into yards and other areas at the homeowners request. If turf damage or rutting occur we are not responsible for the repairs. Since rain makes the ground soft, we advise checking the weather forecast to make sure it isn't going to rain on your scheduled delivery day if we are going into the yard. 

• If you will not be home at the time of delivery it is a good idea to mark the area where you want the load dumped. Most clients spread a tarp out. This serves two purposes. It will be a marker for the delivery driver and it will also prevent your driveway from getting inconvenient stains. 

• We produce our dyed mulch in bulk and it remains in big piles until it is delivered. The colorant usually dries very well in these piles but occasionally there are a few stubborn pockets of moisture. These pockets can allow colorant that isn't dry to stain surfaces that it comes in contact with. For this reason, we recommend that all colored mulches be dumped onto a tarp at time of delivery.

• We are not responsible for any cracking,breaking or settling of driveways or sidewalks under the weight of our trucks. It is very unlikely that this will occur but in the event that is does happen we will not accept any responsibility for repairs or replacement.
